The  Intellect

Monte was raised as an alt right Christian Nationalist under Republican politicians. She now uses her experiences in Christian fundamentalism, nationalism and theocratic politics to deconstruct religious dogma and white-washed American history.

Monte challenges her “Coven of Curiosity” to ask questions, challenge dogma and rhetoric specifically when it’s weaponized towards others. She offers live streamed courses, recorded classes and recommended reading.

The TRUTH always stands up to scrutiny.

Writer

At five years old, Monte told her father that her dream was to “sing and be an author”. She is currently working on the second half of that dream with her memoir called “Enough,” Monte’s personal story of childhood abuse, indoctrination, growing up in Christian Nationalism, and the long road to get herself free.

Monte hopes that her story will help everyone realize… they are truly enough.

About Monte

Monte Mader is a culture critic, musician, podcaster, and fitness professional whose transformation from conservative fundamentalism to fearless truth-teller has made her a powerful voice for cultural change.

Born and raised on a cattle ranch in Wyoming by her father—a passionate musician and rock music lover—Monte’s early life was steeped in Christian fundamentalism and conservative politics. She pursued theological studies in Israel and was immersed in environments that emphasized obedience and traditional gender roles. However, personal experiences and critical reflection led her to question and eventually deconstruct these belief systems.

Courage is the most important of all the virtues because without courage, you can't practice any other virtue consistently.

Maya Angelou

We are not to simply bandage the wounds of victims beneath the wheels of injustice, we are to drive a spoke into the wheel itself

Dietrich Bonhoeffer

There's more to life than being a passenger.

– Amelia Earhart
